Mr. Gurnam Singh, Managing Director of the company, has an experience of over 35 years in various industries. He is an entrepreneur who strives to reach excellence in all spheres by weaving the threads of enterprise, knowledge, experience, ideas and tasks. He envisioned GSI and set up the company in May 2005. His clarity of vision, leadership skills, ingenuity in approach and penchant for understanding customer needs has helped the company register spectacular growth and success. He always follows the hands on approach in dealing with clients and associates. He is focused on providing quality services to the clients and building a long term relationship with them. He aims to create complete customer experience through high quality standards, transparent practices, and exhaustive communication mechanisms.

Satveer Singh
 

Mr. Satveer Singh, Director of the company, brings with him over 8 years of experience of managing operations in IT Industry. He has been instrumental in the setup and development of the company and its operations. He is actively involved in business development and strategies focused on acquisition of new clients leading to company’s growth and expansion. His structured and innovative approach to outsourcing with a definite roadmap has resulted in carving a niche for GSI in the global market. Excellence in delivery processes is his continuous endeavor involving necessary changes in processes, introducing new tools & techniques, and adopting best-practices across the organization. He has worked with some of the most respected names in the IT Industry prior to his association with GSI.

Komal Anand
 

Ms. Komal Anand, Head HR, has an experience of over 6 years in the corporate sector. Her major responsibilities in the organization include planning and implementation of HR strategies, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, communication, management of the HR and Admin team, health & safety of employees, training and development, performance management and appraisals. Adherence to SLAs, client communication and feedback are some of her imperative responsibilities for client satisfaction. She has been instrumental in monitoring compliance to quality standards set for the organization and ensuring that the values and ethics of GSI contribute to the Corporate Social Responsibilities.
